Stated prices are average prices. There might be slight differences between one apartment and the other.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Apartment prices refer to 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturdays. CHECK-IN TIME FOR APARTMENTS IS FROM 3PM TO 6PM, WITH CHECK-OUT BEFORE 10AM.
2) Apartment prices include: cleaning, taxes, electric light, gas, cold and warm water, VAT, hotel beach with cabin, 1 sunshade, and 2 loungers.
3) Apartments are supplied with regular equipment (for the kitchen, blankets, pillows, etc.); except linen, which can be rented on-site. ONLY sheets € 1.00 per day per single bed.
4) Booking is final at receipt of deposit, which amounts to 30% of the rent (to be transferred via postal order). AT CHECK-IN THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE STAY. No refund in case of anticipated departure.
5) The number of people staying in the apartment must correspond to the number confirmed by the hotel management (children are considered as adults). People visiting must wait at the hotel reception.
6) Bookings may be cancelled until 45 days before the scheduled arrival and deposits will be refunded with the deduction of expenses.
7) 24 hours after the scheduled arrival, apartments are considered as vacant and will be at the hotel management’s complete disposal.
8) Complaints are accepted within 10PM of the day of arrival.
9) At departure the apartment must be left in order, as it has been handed over, with clean pots and dishes. Thank you!
